Bharat College of Education, Thanjavur was established in 2008 is functioning under the management of K Nadimuthu Memorial Education Society. Affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, the self financed coeducational college has been granted recognition by the N.C.T.E (National Council for Teachers Education). Set up with an objective of promoting academic excellence in the region, Bharat College of Education (Thanjavur) has equipped itself with all the necessary infrastructural facilities which in turn foster the pursual of academic activities. The aim of the Institute is to produce sincere, hard-working, dedicated and competent to prepare them to be professionally committed teachers in society who can try new innovative thinking and practices in their class rooms. The Institute will aim at producing learner-friendly teachers who can harness the available resources in the community. The Institute promises to render service to student population from starata of the society in this area and enhance a high standard of education by a team of dedicated and experienced faculty members at all levels.
