Baba Farid College, Bathinda was established in July 2005 and managed by Baba Farid Vidyak Society which was established in 1993.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is affiliated with Punjabi University, Patiala and it is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) & 12(B) under Act, 1956.

The college aim is to maintain international standards of infrastructure and equipment to facilitate true learning and developed the college as per international standards of education.
