B.E.S. College of Law was established in 2001.

The college is affiliated to Bangalore University, Bangalore.

B.E.S. College of Law is approved by Bar Council of India, Government of India, New Delhi.

On the recommendation of the Government of Karnataka the Bangalore University has accorded sanction of affiliation to start 5 year LL.B course by the society from the academic year 1997-1998 and recognized by the Bar Council of India and 3 year LLB Course by the society start from the academic year 2005-2006 and recognized by the Bar Council of India.
