Bengal Institute of Technology and Management (BITM), West Bengal was established in 1960. It is approved by AICTE and affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology.

Inspired by the teachings of Tagore, Bengal Institute of Technology and Management, Santiniketan started its journey from the year 2001.

The oldest campus under the Aegis of Camellia Group, the institute has already put its mark in providing quality-engineering education in Eastern India since its inception.
The vision of the Managing Trustee was to impart state of the art technical education to the students blended with the values and ethics of Gurudev within the serene outskirts of nature. The campus is thus situated in Santiniketan, where the pedagogy is celebrated all across the world.

VISION

With the said vision in mind or motto BITM shall not only be imparting world class scientific and technical knowledge amongst out students through our dedicated faculty but also to lay emphasis on disseminating knowledge among them through seminars, exhibitions, discussions and participation in debates in other Institutions as well as training in Industrial Houses / Projects.

Emphasis will be given to character building and discipline. Sports and Games will be made compulsory for this purpose in the academic curricula.

BITM encourages and welcomes students of different countries, who cutting across the boundary of geographical barriers shall enrich their countries culture, understand each other in a better way and pave the way to world peace in the long run.
