Bansidhar Mahavidyalaya is a self financed educational Institution established in 2004. The College has been esablished by reputed educationists under the aegis of a Charitable Society registered in 2001 under the Societies Registration college to faciliate the students of the local area in higher education. The Founder and Secretary of the college Shri Umesh Chandra Agarwal (M.Sc., Botany) is a well known educationist. He has 34 years extensive experience in the field of education. He taught Life Science from the year 1996 and retired as motivated him to set up this college in the backward region of Bundelkhand. His extensive experience helped in making the college one the best leading lights of the educational arena of this area. This college is affiliated to Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. Bundelkhand University, Jhansi & recognised by NCTE is an affiliating and teaching university that aims to faciliate and promote studies, research and extension work in emerging areas of higher education with focus on professional education in the various disciplines. Establishment of this college has fulfilled his cherished dream of contributing to quality education for the betterment of the people living in this area. College is located in Shantinagar and Umrarkheda of Jhansi-Kanpur Highway (NH-25). It is also a Bus Station Approx 1-km. In short college is easily accessible from anywhere in the world.
