Baba Khyali Nath (BKN) College of Education, Rohtak was established in 2008 under the management of Baba Khyali Nath Shiksha Samiti has been established as Society Registration act (1860) (21) of Companies and Societies Act.& Reg.No.1877 (Govt. of Haryana) Dated 18-12-1999.

The college is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. It is recognized & approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Jaipur to offer Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) & Master of Education (M.Ed.) course.

The institute offers one-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.

The college also offers two years Junior Basic Training (JBT) under Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani & one-year Diploma in Education (D.Ed) courses under affiliating to State Council Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Gurgaon.

Various teaching and learning techniques are being used by the faculty to impart knowledge and skills to students at Baba Khyali Nath (BKN) College of Education, Rohtak in its various departments.
