B. V. Patel Pharmaceutical Education & Research Development (PERD) Centre, Ahmedabad was established jointly by B.V. Patel Education Trust and India Pharmaceutical Association, in October 1990, named in the memory of Shri B. V. Patel, the First Drug Controller of Gujarat. The B. V.
