B.N.R. Training College, Gulzarbagh imparts study under the management of the Bihar School Examination Board, Government of Bihar.

The teacher training institute is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

B.N.R. Training College conducts undergraduate level programme - Elementary Teacher Education (ETE).

It is a two-year full time programme that offered as per the strict guidelines of NCTE.
