B.M.R.M. Jhansi B.Ed College, Prakasam is an affiliated institute of the Acharya Nagarjuna University and it has been approved by the National Council For Teacher Education (NCTE) for the undergraduate course and also recognized by the government of Andhra Pradesh.

B.M.R.M. Jhansi  B.Ed. College is an self financed college which imparts Baxhelor of Education course in English language.

The college is open for both the girls and boys.
