Ave Mariya Training College, Thrissur was established in 2005.

Ave Mariya Training College is a self financing college, affiliated to State Council Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Kerala and recognized by National Council for Teacher Education, Bangalore and State Government.

The College is the brain child of His Excellency Rt. Rev. Dr.James Pazhayattil, Bishop of Irinjalakuda.

The College motto is Learn to Live to Serve and Love.

The College is named after Mother Mary, the mother of the greatest teacher the world has ever seen.

This temple of teaching is open to all students irrespective of caste and creed.

The trainees are helped to grow in their cultural , social, and religious traditions.
