Aryabhatt College of Engineering & Technology (ACET), Baghpat was established in 2008.

The college is affiliated to Mahamaya Technical University, Noida and approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Formerly this college was affiliated to U.P. Technical University/Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow.
