Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences (AITS), Hyderabad was established in 1998.

Annamacharya Institute of Technology & Sciences, Rajampet is an AUTONOMOUS institution and is affiliated to JNTUA, Anantapuramu. The institute was started in the year 1998 under the auspices of Annamacharya Educational Trust in picturesque surrounding on a spacious 30 acre campus near Tallapaka, the birth place of Annamacharya, the renowned saint poet.

It is approved by AICTE and permanently affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. An MOU is entered into with University of Bridgeport on 2011.

The college has been managed by Annamacharya Educational trust. The institute since its inception is catalyzing excellence in molding out young graduates through rigorous academic training programs, personality development programs and personal counseling.

AITS has an excellent team of highly qualified faculty with matching teaching, research and industrial experience.

The faculty motivates, mends and guides the students towards fulfillment of their dreams and attainment of their goals. The students are exposed to state of the art laboratories like centralized computer centers with latest Pentium machines.
