Anand Institute of Social Work (A.I.S.W.), Anand was established in 2004 under the aegis of Shri Ramkrishna Seva Mandal. It is one of the premier institutions to impart & provide a platform in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is affiliated to Sardar Patel University, Anand and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) 1955 & 12(B)under Act, 1956.

The main objective of the institute is to train students in social work profession which has been found more relevant in the current times. Development has claimed its victims.

AISW is a thirteen-year young institute that has become an iconic institution in the field of Social Work and Human Resource Management education. Just as the strength of an edifice lies in its foundations, the strength of an organization lies in its values and culture. The visions of this institute, the name, and the mission have guided the destiny of the institute.

A special complaint cell (Sexual Harassment Cell) has been formed for the female students in the college. Students can directly complain orally or by written application to the head of the cell. Apart from this, Ragging is strictly prohibited on the college campus.
The institute provides the training facility like- face to face interview, resume making, communication skills, that help the students to face the campus recruitment.
For every course, the college imparts practical training to its students that helps them to understand better, improve their demonstrative skills, eliminate hesitation and in this process strives to mold them into industry ready professionals.
