Amritha Akshitha College of Education, Mahbubnagar was established in 2007.

Amritha Akshitha College of Education is affiliated to Osmania University and is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

Amritha Akshitha College of Education is also recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh.

At present, the college is offering undergraduate level B.Ed course that is open for a graduate candidate.
