Its affiliated to Kumaun University.
It is a part of Amrapali Group of Institutes.
It is promoted by the Modern Academy Society, Modinagar.
Appreciating the difficulties faced by the youth of the area and also due to the paucity of suitable professional Institutes in Kumaun region, the Management decided to set up Amrapali Institute at Haldwani the gateway to Kumaun region in 1999.
The aim of the institute is to provide and promote quality professional education for the new generation and future executives.
