Amerda Vikas College of Education, Gajalnaickenpatti was established in 2007 with an objective of developing high quality teaching professionals who in turn would fulfill the need of educational development in the region.

Amerda Vikas College of Education is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.
