AMC Medical Education Trust Dental College (AMCMETDC), Ahmedabad was established in 2009.

Its affiliated to Gujarat University.

It is a self financing college. The college was established by the AMC Medical Education Trust.

The Aims and Objects of the trust are briefly specified herein and the benefit thereof shall be extended to all irrespective of class, community, creed or religion and for general public utility.

The college aim is to promote, encourage, aid, finance, organize, undertake, and / or otherwise assist to conduct degree, post-graduate, diploma, super-specialization and certificate courses of medical and Para- medical education including of dental education, nursing courses, Bio -medical sciences, etc.

The mission is to promote medical education and to continually offer opportunities of upgrading knowledge, skill in the context of innovations,  research and discovery in all fields of health.
