A.K.Khan Law College was established in 1991.

The college is affiliated to the Pune University and approved by the Bar Council Of India (BCI) ,New Delhi.

It is one of the educational units of Maharashtra Cosmopolitan Education Society (MCES).

The admission of the candidates is done on the merit basis determined by the marks obtained by them in the qualifying examination.

The college imparts undergraduate level programmes in the field of law - Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a three-year full time programme and BLS LLB, a five-year integrated programme.
