Teachers day is around the corner! Swami Vivekananda was one of the best teachers of his era. Every year on 12 January, India celebrates National Youth Day or Yuva Divas to commemorate the birth Anniversary of scholar Swami Vivekananda who was a social reformer, philosopher and great thinker. Every year the government celebrates this day by following a theme related to education.

Swami Vivekananda graduated from the Presidency College Calcutta. He did his Fine Arts and completed Bachelor of Arts in 1885. Although he was one among the learned man of the era, his marks did not reflect his intelligence. It is reported that Vivekananda secured only 56 out of 100 in his F.A. and B. A. Examinations with a 45 percent marks in psychology.
