As per the updated vacancy details, the total number of indicative vacancies has increased from 13,706 to 13,745 posts. The increase is due to the addition of vacancies for Office Assistant posts, while the vacancy figures for Officer Scale I, II and III remain unchanged.

The Office Assistant vacancy has been revised to 8,222 posts, while the vacancies for Officer Scale I, Officer Scale II and Officer Scale III stand at 4,256, 1,047 and 220, respectively.

IBPS RRB Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Update

IBPS has clarified that the vacancies mentioned in the updated Annexure I are indicative and anticipated vacancies communicated by the participating Regional Rural Banks. The final provisional allotment will be based on the actual vacancies reported by the RRBs.

Therefore, candidates should not treat the revised figures as the final number of available posts. IBPS has also stated that all other terms and conditions mentioned in the detailed notification dated September 1, 2026 remain unchanged.

IBPS RRB 2026 Application and Fee Details

The online registration process for CRP-RRBs XV began on September 1, 2026, and the registration and online fee payment window is scheduled to close on September 21, 2026. Candidates can also edit their application details until September 21, while the last date for printing the application is October 5 or October 6, depending on the post.

The application fee is ₹175 for SC, ST and PwBD candidates and ₹850 for all other candidates. The fee can be paid through the online payment methods provided by IBPS, including debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, IMPS, cash cards and mobile wallets.
