Educational Qualification Required to Get Admitted in NIT Kurukshetra

Interested candidates need to have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution.

How Candidates can be Selected for MBA at NIT - Kurukshetra?

Candidate need to be aware of the selection procedure at NIT, if He/She wants to get admission for MBA. This admission will be done on the scores of the candidates which they have secured in any one of the following exams CAT or MAT or CMAT or GMAT for the year 2015-16.
Then the candidates will also be asked to attend a group discussion commonly known as GD or personal interview. THis round is the final selection round.

Basis of Merit list for MBA programme at NIT Kurukshetra

Merit list of the candidates comprises of 2 components

CAT or MAT or CMAT or GMAT for the year 2015-16 - 70 marks
Candidates performance in GD or Personal interview - 30 marks

If there is a tie between candidates then the marks obtained in graduation or 12th or 10th will be a tie breaker.

They need to fill in all the details and send the completely filled application along with all the relevant documents within the last day of application. Later all the details of interview or GD will be posted on the website probably in the month of April 2016

What is the Application fee for the Admission of MBA in NIT Kurukshetra

Application fee for SC/ST candidates is Rs 500
Application fee for the others is Rs 1000

To pay the amount a Demand Draft or DD needs to be taken from State Bank of India which should be in the favour of Director, NAtional Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, payable at NIT Kurukshetra branch.
