Applications for courses such as Master of Technology (MTech), Master of Science (MSc), Master of Science Technology (MScTech) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) for the academic year 2017 has been invited by the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. The IIT admissions are available for both full-time and part-time.

The details of the admissions are given below:
Those interested to apply should have a degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university or institute.
Those interested to apply should have obtained a Bachelor's of Science (BSc) degree from a recognised university or institute.
The selection procedure will be based on GATE score, NET rank, qualify in IIT(ISM) JRF Entrance Examination (JRFEE) and BTech from IITs in respective discipline with OGPA/CGPA 8.5 and above.

The fees for the general category candidates is Rs 2,000. It needs to be paid by the candidates for the registration procedure.
The fees for these reserved category candidates is Rs 1,000. It needs to be paid for the registration procedure.The payment should be done through online mode.
