The Officer Scale I will earn from Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000 per month at 100% Dearness Allowance (DA). The salary is almost on par with the national banks of the country. While undergoing training for two years, candidates will receive less salary than the usual pay. After training, they will be posted as Assistant Managers and will earn a regular income.

The pay band for IBPS RRB Office Assistant varies from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 per month. They will get 100% DA. Office Assistant will train for about one year.
