Educational Testing Service (ETS), the world's largest private non-profit educational testing and assessment organization, has announced a strategic collaboration with Career Mosaic, South Asia's largest student recruiter for US universities. Career Mosaic is the first student recruitment consultancy in India to partner with ETS for TOEFL score verification.

As part of this collaboration, ETS will verify TOEFL scores of test takers applying to US universities through Career Mosaic. US universities will have access to validated scores, significantly enhancing the credibility of student profiles shared with them. This collaboration between ETS and Career Mosaic will reduce the administrative burden for US universities, ensuring a smoother and more efficient student enrollment process.
Blerina Polovina, Director of International Admissions and Business Development - Webster University USA added, "We welcome the collaboration between ETS and Career Mosaic for validation of TOEFL iBT scores, as it helps to streamline the admission process for universities, thereby accelerating student onboarding. By having validated scores, universities will save the effort of English proficiency score verification, ultimately fostering a more seamless and reliable admissions experience for both students and universities alike."
Speaking on the collaboration, Sachin Jain, Country Manager, ETS India & South Asia, said, "We are excited to partner with Career Mosaic to verify TOEFL scores of US university applicants, enhancing the University's trust in the scores submitted. This collaboration underscores the joint commitment of both organizations in providing universities with reliable and efficient solutions for evaluating the English language proficiency of prospective students."
Manisha Zaveri, Joint Managing Director at Career Mosaic, emphasized, "The TOEFL score verification services offered by ETS through Career Mosaic in India can significantly enhance the credibility of student profiles shared with US Institutions. This association will reinforce the integrity of the TOEFL test score and will benefit both universities and the growing number of Indian students seeking higher education opportunities in the USA."
This move is expected to enhance the confidence of US universities seeking to expand their reach in the Indian market. For the third consecutive year, Indian students represent over a quarter of the total international student population in the United States, surpassing one million. This marks a significant 35 percent increase from the previous year, reaching a record high of 268,923 Indian students pursuing higher education in the academic year 2022-23. (Source: usembassy.gov)
