UPSC CDS II 2016 Examination Results Announced: Check Now!

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final results for the Combined Defense Services Examination II (CDS) 2016.

The applicants who took art in the examination will be able to check their results on the official website of the UPSC. The applicants can download the results.

Out of all the candidates who applied for the examination, 328 ( 258 +70) candidates have qualified for the next round of interview. The interview rounds will be conducted by the Service Selection Board of Defence Ministry.

UPSC CDS II 2016 Examination Results Announced

The candidates who clear this round will be qualified and will be selected for the Officers Training Academy in Chennai for 106th Short Service Commission Course (for Men), Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 20th Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) course which will start in October 2017.

In the 106th Short Service Commission for Men, there are 175 vacancies and 11 positions for women, in the non technical course. On the whole, there have been 258 men and 70 women who have qualified examination.

The marks for the examination will be accessible after 15 days of the release of the final results.

The list of the 106th Short Service Commission Course (for Men) also has the names of the applicants who were recommended on the basis of the results of the same test for the admission to the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun; Naval Academy, Ezhimala; Air Force Academy, Hyderabad for Pre-Flying Training courses.
