The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the final results of Civil Services Examination 2015 today.

Candidates can check the results on the official website of UPSC.

"A total of 1078 candidates have been recommended for appointment to various central government services namely, Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Central Services", the UPSC said.

The final rank list was prepared based on the performance candidates in the written examination and interview.

The written examination was conducted in December 2015 and the personality test was held in March-May 2016.

Tina Dabi has bagged the first position while Aamir Ul Shari Khan Akhtar secured the second rank. Jasmeet Singh Sandhu has got the third position.
