What is UCEED?

UCEED stands for Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design.

Why is UCEED conducted?

UCEED is conducted for admissions into undergraduate design courses such as B.Des.

Eligibility

Educational qualification

Students who have passed Class XII (or equivalent) in 2017, or appearing in 2018, in ANY STREAM (Science, Commerce, or Arts & Humanities) are eligible to appear for UCEED 2018.

Age limit

Candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 1993 (Open or OBC-NCL) and on or October 1, 1988 (SC/ST/PwD category).

Test centres

Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad,
Jaipur, Lucknow, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur and Vishakhapatnam.

How to apply for UCEED 2018?

In order to apply for UCEED 2018, follow the steps given here:

• Log on to the UCEED official website
• Under announcements, click on the link for registration
• A new page with details will open. Click the Register button
• Use your e-mail ID to register
• Fill in the necessary details
• Pay the fees
• Click to submit
• Complete the registration process

Fees

• Female Candidates - Rs 1,000+Rs 180 (GST 18%)
• SC/ST/Pwd - Rs 1,000+Rs 180 (GST 18%)
• All candidates - Rs 2, 000+Rs 360 (GST 18%)

• Online Registration End Date
• (with regular fee) : November 10, 2017
• Online Registration End Date
• (with Rs. 500 late fee) : November 17, 2017
