The clarification comes in the wake of technical glitches and server issues reported at several examination centers during the recent conduct of the computer-based tests.
Several candidates across multiple states had raised complaints regarding screen freezing, system lags, abrupt logouts, and even incomplete question papers, especially during the Matriculation, Higher Secondary, and Graduate-level posts exams held under Phase 13.
