Breaking down the performance by school type, government schools witnessed 1,95,582 students taking the exam, with 1,94,740 successfully passing, culminating in a pass percentage of 99.56%. On the other hand, private or non-government schools had 1,04,993 examinees, out of which 1,04,464 passed, marking a pass percentage of 99.50%.
In terms of gender-wise achievement, girls led slightly ahead of boys. The examination saw the participation of 1,42,481 girls, with 1,41,844 among them passing (99.55% pass rate). Comparatively, 1,58,018 boys appeared, with 1,57,206 clearing the exam, resulting in a pass percentage of 99.48%.
