POSOCO Recruitment: Apply Online For Manager (HR) and Assistant Officer Trainee (CS) Posts

The Power System Operation Corporation Ltd. (POSOCO), under the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India, has released a notification inviting online applications from qualified and experienced candidates for filling 11 vacancies to the post of Manager (HR) and Assistant Officer Trainee (Company Secretary) through direct recruitment. The application process towards the same will start from October 10, 2019 and closes on November 9, 2019 by 11:45 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Manager and CS posts through POSOCO Recruitment must not have exceeded 28 years of age (CS post) and 39 years of age (Manager HR posts) respectively, with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per the Govt. of India rules.

Candidates must pay a specified amount of Rs. 500 (Gen/OBC) as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit etc. payment gateways) SBI Collect mode only. SC/ST/PWD/Ex-SM and Departmental candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Manager and CS posts through POSOCO Recruitment must possess a Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relation or MBA (HR) from a recognized University/Institute; must be an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with zero to nine years of work experience in the relevant area/domain as detailed in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Manager and CS posts through POSOCO Recruitment will be done through Shortlisting, Scrutiny of Applications and Written Test/Interview as applicable.

Candidates selected for Manager and CS posts through POSOCO Recruitment will be paid emolument in the following scale:

Manager (HR): Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 2,20,000 per month
Assistant Officer Trainee (Company Secretary): Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 per month
