Oneindia Education presents core news for March 2014

March, a month of examinations, saw a few top board exams like class 10th and class 12th being conducted across the states of India, this year.

Most of the states announced their common entrance examination dates for admission to professional courses.

SSLC and PUC examinations for the month of March 2014:

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) New Delhi started class 10th examination on 01st March and ended on 19th March 2014.

Entrance exams announced in the month of March 2014:

The much awaited Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE) entrance examination results got announced on 28th March 2014. Only 16.84% of students cleared the examination.

Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER), Puducherry offers MBBS course admission for the year 2014.

On 14th March 2014, Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) February 2014 results got announced.

Central Universities announced the dates for the Central University Common Entrance Test (CUCET) for the year 2014 for admission to integrated and postgraduate programmes in seven Central Universities across the country.
