Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has announced the NEET PG 2021 exam date. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate or NEET PG 2021 will be conducted on September 11. The admit card and other details will be released soon on the official portal. Earlier, the entrance exam scheduled in April was postponed in view of the COVID-19 crisis. The Centre has decided to defer the postgraduate medical entrance exam till august-end.

The NEET PG 2021 exam was originally scheduled for April 18. It was postponed by then Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan after considering the second wave of COVID-19 situation across the country. In May, Prime Minister Office (PMO) announced that the NEET-PG 2021 will not be held before August 31st. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken this decision to enable a large number of qualified doctors available for COVID duties.

Yesterday, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has announced the NEET UG 2021 exam date. The written exam will be held on September 12, 2021.
