The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced the rescheduling of the class X and XII supplementary board exams set for Friday due to severe rainfall in various districts. This announcement was made on Thursday through an official release from MSBSHSE.

The class X Science and Technology Part 2 exam, initially planned for July 26 from 11 am to 1 pm, will now take place on July 31 during the same time slot. Similarly, the class XII exams for Organisation of Commerce and Management, Food Science and Technology, and MCVC, originally scheduled for July 26, have been moved to August 9 from 11 am to 2 pm.
Students who missed the supplementary class X and XII exams on Thursday due to the rains will be given another chance to take the exams. This decision aims to accommodate those affected by the adverse weather conditions.
The supplementary exams for class X were initially set between July 16 and 30, while those for class XII were scheduled from July 16 to August 8. Despite these changes, there are no alterations to the remaining exam dates.
Students are advised to visit the official website regularly for any further updates regarding their exams. The state board has ensured that all other scheduled exams will proceed as planned without any changes.
This move by MSBSHSE is intended to ensure that students do not miss out on their examinations due to unavoidable circumstances like heavy rainfall. It reflects the board's commitment to accommodating students' needs during challenging times.
By providing alternative dates for the affected exams, MSBSHSE aims to maintain fairness and give all students an equal opportunity to complete their assessments.
Students should stay informed about any new announcements by frequently checking the official website. This proactive approach will help them stay updated with any further changes or important information regarding their exams.
This adjustment in exam schedules highlights the importance of flexibility in educational administration, especially in response to natural events that can disrupt planned activities.
