Tie-Breaking Policy:

In cases where two or more candidates have identical normalized CET scores, the tie-breaking policy comes into effect. The first criterion for resolving ties is the candidates' Class 12 marks. If the tie persists, preference is given to those who completed their first language examination under the Marathi board. For CBSE or ICSE students, the marks from their best five subjects are taken into consideration.

The counseling process for MH CET 5-Year LLB includes three rounds, with an additional round specifically for All India Candidature and State-level (ACAP) candidates conducted at the institute level. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates and further instructions from the CET Cell.
This methodical and transparent approach ensures that the admission process is fair and that candidates are fully informed of their status and the steps they need to take next.
