JEE 2023 Main Examination: On Thursday, the National Testing Agency (NTA) began accepting applications for JEE Main 2023 on its official website, nta.ac.in. Interested candidates who want to take the JEE Main 2023 exam can check and download the notice from the official website. The last date to apply for JEE Main 2023 registration is 12th January 2023.

JEE Main Exam 2023: Exam Dates

  • The JEE Main examination for the first session will be held on January 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31, 2023, according to the exam schedule.
  • Only session one will be visible in the first session of JEE (Main)-2023, and applicants can choose that. Session two will be visible soon, and candidates can choose it.
  • The application window for JEE session 2 will be re-opened in accordance with the information bulletin, and applicants will be contacted separately.

JEE Main 2023: Languages In Which Exam Is Given

The JEE Main 2023 exam will be conducted in 13 languages- English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

The Joint Entrance Examination Main 2023 is divided into two papers which are as follows:

Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) is an entrance examination for admission to UG Engineering Courses (B.E/B. Tech) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments. It is also an eligibility examination for JEE (Advanced), conducted for admission to IITs.

Paper 2 is held for entrance to the country's B. Arch and B. Planning programmes.

Steps to apply for JEE Main Exam 2023

Candidates are advised to follow the below-given simple steps to apply for JEE 2023 Session 1 Exam.
Step 1: Go to the official website of JEE- jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link- "Application" at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Next, click on the tab "New Registration" and fill out the required credentials such as application number, password and security pin. Click on the submit button.
Step 4: After logging in, fill out the JEE Main 2023 application form with the correct information.
Step 5: Pay the JEE Main 2023 application fee and submit.
Step 6: Submit and download the same for future use.
