Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2021 Notification

Indian Coast Guard has released a short notice regarding the recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Commandant. The detailed notification will be released in due course.

The official notice reads, "Advertisement is being published in National Daily Newspapers on 26 Jun 21 and in Employment Newspaper all over India on 03 Jul 21."

Indian Coast Guard Assistant Commandant Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria

General Duty: Candidates should possess a bachelor degree from any recognised university with a minimum of 60 per cent marks in aggregate.

Technical: Candidates should pass in the engineering degree with 60 per cent marks in aggregate.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit to apply online for the post is 20 years. The maximum age limit is 24 years.

Indian Coast Guard 2021 Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on the two stages - Prelims and Final exam. The Prelims exam comprises of Mental Ability Test/ Cognitive Aptitude Test and Picture Perception & Discussion Test. Candidates who meet the cut-off score set by the exam authority will be eligible for the Final exam. The merit list will be prepared based on the medical test and final selection.
