IB ACIO Tier I Results To be Announced Soon: Know More!

Intelligence Bureau( IB) will be soon releasing the results of the Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, ACIO Grade II Executive Tier I Examination.

There has not been any official confirmation with regards to the dares but some sources have stated that the results will be published on November 18, 2017. The examination, conducted by IB for the recruitment of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer posts was organized on October 15, 2017.


Less than 10 percent of the applicants who wrote the examination are only expected to qualify for the Tier II exam.

Candidates who appeared for the exam are reminded to not go by misleading reports. Though there is a hint about the dates for the release of the exam, there has been no official confirmation about the exact date. The cancellation of 4 questions is the only confirmed news related to IB ACIO exam. This information was made public three days after the exam. IB hasn't released any notification regarding the ACIO Tier I exam results.

The cut off marks for the exam or the number of the candidates who are qualified for the IB ACIO Tier II exam phase had not been published. It is expected that 50,000 candidates will be called for the Tier II stage.7.5 Lakh candidates appeared for the examination.

The candidates are required to get a minimum of 33 percent in the Tier I exam to qualify. Though it is important, it is not the criteria for being qualified. The candidates will be qualified based on the cutoff. The IB ACIO Tier II examination will be conducted by Ministry of Home Affairs, MHA on January 7, 2018.
