The state's medical colleges will begin offering MBBS programs in Hindi this month, according to Dhan Singh Rawat, the minister of health and education, who made the announcement on Friday.
According to him, Uttarakhand would introduce such an initiative after Madhya Pradesh as the second state in the nation. Before the end of August, Mansukh Mandaviya, the Union Health Minister, has agreed to formally commence the MBBS programs in Hindi at the medical institutions in Uttarakhand, according to Rawat.

He continued by saying that a committee of professional doctors established by the state government created the syllabus for the Hindi courses after studying the Madhya Pradesh model and finalizing it for the medical institutions in Uttarakhand.
The Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna University of Medical Education received the syllabus from an expert panel, according to the Uttarakhand minister, who also confirmed that all requirements for its introduction have been met.
He continued, "It will be a big gift for the students who have used Hindi as their educational language."
To officially inaugurate the MBBS programs in Hindi in Uttarakhand and to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for an AIIMS, Rishikesh satellite center in Udham Singh Nagar, Rawat had traveled to Delhi. He said that Mandaviya had authorized him to attend both events.
