Exam Results and Performance Analysis:

The results for the Higher Secondary and Vocational Higher Secondary examinations (Plus Two) were announced on May 9 at 3 PM by Kerala's Minister for General Education, V. Sivankutty, in Thiruvananthapuram.

  • Science Stream: The overall pass percentage stood at 84.84%, down from 87.31% in 2023.
  • Commerce Stream: The pass percentage was 76.11%, a decline from 82.75% last year.
  • Humanities Stream: The pass percentage was 67.09%, down from 71.93% in 2023.
  • Perfect Scores: A total of 105 students achieved a perfect score of 1200 out of 1200 marks.

Due to a decrease of over 4% in the pass percentage this year, Education Minister V. Sivankutty has called for an inquiry into the poor performance of government schools in the 2024 Plus Two exams. The report on this inquiry is expected within two weeks.

Students are encouraged to check their revaluation results and follow up on any fee refunds as outlined by the DHSE.
