Delhi University (DU) is set to publish the first seat allocation list for undergraduate admissions 2025 on July 19 under its Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS). Candidates who registered and completed the preference-filling process can check their allotment status at the official website - ugadmission.uod.ac.in.

Prior to this, DU released the simulated ranks on July 15, giving aspirants a chance to modify their college and course preferences. The preference change window remained open until July 16. This simulated rank preview was aimed at helping students gauge their standing before the actual allocation.
Once the 1st allocation list is out, selected candidates must "Accept" the seat by July 21, after which the colleges will verify the documents between July 19 and July 22. To confirm admission, the fee payment deadline is July 23.
This year, DU is offering UG seats based on CUET UG 2025 scores, with the CSAS portal managing allocations centrally. Following the first list, a second round of allocation is scheduled for July 28, and further rounds will be held depending on seat availability.
The University of Delhi (DU) has received an overwhelming response for its UG admissions 2025 through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal. The numbers indicate a record surge in applications and student preferences for popular programmes and colleges.
Keep their CUET UG scorecards and application IDs ready
Log in regularly to the CSAS portal
Follow DU's updated counselling schedule and seat acceptance deadlines
This marks a critical stage in Delhi University's 2025 admissions, and timely action will ensure a smoother transition into the academic year.
Note
The CSAS data offers a clear picture of students' academic interests and institutional preferences across Delhi University. With the majority leaning towards Commerce and Humanities, and iconic colleges like SRCC and Hindu College topping preference charts, competition will be intense. Candidates should make full use of the preference correction window before the first allocation.
