Urgent: COMEDK UGET 2026 Round 3 Deadline Today – Don't Lose Your Seat!

With the Round 3 General Merit window live since 2:00 pm on September 2, the decision-making and fee payment cut-off is 11:00 am Indian Standard Time today, September 4. Both choice selection and online fee payment must be completed and reflected as successful on the portal to retain or upgrade your seat.

Note an important distinction. For B.Tech, Round 3 decision-making ran from 4:00 pm on August 18 to 4:00 pm on August 21. The 11:00 am deadline visible today applies to the Round 3 window published from September 2 on the official counselling page. Always act based on your candidate login timeline.

COMEDK UGET 2026 Round 3 fee payment deadline: what counts as completion

Completion means selecting a decision in the Decision Making tab and paying the total fee in one successful PayU transaction. Recheck payment status in your login and with your bank; failed or partial transactions do not count. Increase card limits if needed and retry only via the portal.

Accept and Freeze vs Accept and Upgrade vs Reject and Upgrade

Choose Accept and Freeze if satisfied and ready to report to the college. Pick Accept and Upgrade to hold the seat while competing for higher options; if none arrive, you keep today’s seat. Reject and Upgrade risks losing today’s seat, but you stay eligible for Round 4; payment is still required now.

Mandatory documents to upload and college reporting rules

Keep these ready in prescribed formats: government photo ID, Class 10 marks card for date of birth, Class 12 marks card, COMEDK Admit Card or Test Admission Ticket, board exam admit details, and applicable Karnataka domicile or category certificates. Accept and Freeze candidates must report in person with allotment letter, fee receipt, originals, Transfer Certificate, and Migration Certificate.

Refunds, withdrawals, and common portal issues

Reject and Withdraw in eligible rounds gets a refund of the total fee, minus convenience charges, after the counselling process. Seat cancellations within the notified window are refundable; Round 4 has no cancellation. Use a laptop, updated browser, and clear cache; avoid mobile logins to prevent errors.

With the 11:00 am deadline today, act only on what your dashboard shows. Finish decision-making, complete fee payment in a single transaction, and immediately download the receipt and allotment letter. If aiming for Round 4, note carry-forward rules: Accept and Upgrade becomes only Accept and Freeze; Reject and Upgrade, if allotted, must join.
