Exam Centre Protocols & Admit Card Instructions

CHSE Odisha has strengthened its exam regulations for 2026 to ensure a fair and smooth evaluation process. Key measures include:

  • CCTV Surveillance across all exam centres
  • Seating plans prepared as per the latest security guidelines
  • Strict verification of student identity using admit cards
  • Mandatory reporting 30 minutes before the exam
  • Prohibition of digital devices

Admit cards will be distributed to schools and made available through online login portals before the exams. Students must verify their details and report discrepancies immediately.

Preparation Strategy for CHSE Odisha Class 12 Exams 2026

With the timetable announced early, students can adopt a structured approach:

1. Create a Month-wise Study Plan

Focus on core subjects from October to December. Use January for mock tests and revision.

2. Complete Practical Files Early

Since practical exams start in December, students should prepare files, project reports, and lab records in advance.

3. Solve Previous Year Question Papers

This helps understand the writing pattern, marking system, and frequently asked questions.

4. Allocate Equal Time to All Subjects

Balance numerical subjects like Math/Accountancy with theory subjects like History or Political Science.

5. Use the January Gap Wisely

After practical exams, students have nearly a month to prepare before the theory papers begin on 18 February.

Why This Timetable Matters

The 2026 schedule ensures that students get enough time between practicals and theory exams. The clear division of exam phases allows schools to organize assessments without rushing. For students, this is an opportunity to build a systematic revision plan, reduce stress, and improve performance in both internal and board assessments.
