The tele-counselling team includes 51 professionals based in India and 15 international counselors stationed in countries such as Nepal, Japan, Qatar, Oman, and the UAE. This global outreach ensures that Indian students abroad also have access to much-needed support.

CBSE urges students and parents to take full advantage of these free resources. By offering a comprehensive support system, the board aims to create a stress-free atmosphere, enabling students to perform at their best.
This initiative not only highlights CBSE's commitment to students' academic success but also prioritizes their mental well-being. With access to expert guidance, round-the-clock assistance, and digital content, students can approach their exams with confidence and a clear mind.
