Karnataka 2nd PUC results 2013 To Be Announced On 3rd May

The Karnataka Board Examination for class 12 concluded on 28th March, 2013. It seems like students are out of the examination pressure and stress, but yet have to face the hard time of decisions about their higher education. The results will be declared on 3rd May, 2013.

Around 6.5 lakh students were registered for the examination. As we all know, 'The class 12 results may become comparable across boards'. The decision was taken after all National Institute of Technology and other centrally funded technical institutions had conceded to adopt a new system of admission, where 40% weightage is given to class 12 board exam results. Graduate Department of Education has revealed that a total of 6.13 lakh students, where in 3.19lakh are boys and 2.93 lakh girls candidates are to take up their board exams this year.2.57 lakh students in Arts, Science has 1.78 lakh students, the commercial section has 1.81 lakh students are in series.
