The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has officially released the tentative examination schedule for the Goa SSC (Class 10) and HSSC (Class 12) Board Exams 2026, providing clarity and direction to students preparing for these crucial academic milestones. The announcement applies to candidates across multiple streams, including Regular, Pre-Vocational, NSQF, General, Vocational, and Children With Special Needs (CWSN).
As per the official notification, the Goa SSC Class 10 examinations will be conducted from 02 March to 27 March 2026. These exams will be held in online mode, and all papers will take place in a single session from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The tentative SSC date sheet includes important information such as subject-wise exam dates, reporting instructions, and examination guidelines that students must strictly follow. Class 10 board exams play a significant role in shaping students’ academic paths, as performance at this stage helps determine future stream and career choices.
In addition, the Goa HSSC Class 12 Board Exams 2026 are scheduled to be held from 10 February to 23 February 2026. The timetable applies to students from General, Vocational, and CWSN streams. Similar to the SSC exams, all Class 12 examinations will also be conducted in a single morning session from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. GBSHSE SSC Class 10 Exam
Every year, the Goa Board Class 10 (SSC) Examinations are administered by the Goa Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE). The State Government is in charge of running it. Multiple-Choice Questions will be used in the tests for the first term, however, subjective questions will be used in the exams for the second term. Upon the conclusion of the Term 2 exams, the state board will cumulatively release the results for both terms, for Class 10.

GBSHSE HSSC Class 12 Exam
The Goa Board of Education administers the senior secondary test, also referred to as the HSSC Exam, at the state level. It administers tests to students in pre-primary, primary, middle, and senior secondary schools. In Goa, this test is administered following the completion of class 12. The State Board of Goa's professionals carefully planned the exam syllabus, which is highly organized. The Goa Board was established on May 27, 1975.
