Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu was born on December 18, 1987, in Nimmada village, Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh. He is the son of the late Kinjarapu Yerran Naidu, one of the Telugu Desam Party's (TDP) senior leaders and former Union Minister, and Vijaya Kumari Kinjarapu.
After completing his schooling in India, he moved to the United States for higher education, where he pursued engineering followed by postgraduate studies in business administration.
Rammohan Naidu entered active politics following the legacy of his father. In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, he contested from Srikakulam on a Telugu Desam Party (TDP) ticket and was elected to the 16th Lok Sabha at the age of 26, becoming one of the youngest Members of Parliament.
He successfully retained the seat in 2019, earning a second consecutive term in the 17th Lok Sabha, and was elected again in 2024 to the 18th Lok Sabha.
