CBSE Class 12 Dance - manipuri Syllabus for 2026-27

The CBSE has Manipuri Dance as a subject for the students of Class 12. The Manipuri Dance, as a subject, is categorized into two sections: Theory and Practical. The theory Paper is 30 marks, whereas; the Practical Paper is 70 Marks. One of the major concerns about including Manipuri Dance in the CBSE Class 12 curriculum is the connection with the life histories of major exponents of the dance, both past and present. The students are supposed to go through the details, prescribed in the syllabus of Manipuri Dance by the CBSE.
