The CBSE has released the CBSE Compartment Result 2020 Class 10 on October 12. The CBSE has released the Class 10 results 2020. The Board and HRD Minister Nishank have confirmed the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10th result 2020. The CBSE 10th result 2020 was released at 12.30 PM.

Every year, the CBSE releases the list of Class 10 toppers along with results. The Board will not release the merit list for Class 10th due to inappropriate conditions caused by COVID-19 pandemic. The CBSE has decided to promote the Class 10 students specifically North-East Delhi based on internal assessment. Last year Siddhant Pengoriya from Dehradun secured the top position in the CBSE Class 10 exam along with 12 other students. All of them have scored 499 marks out of 500.
The CBSE will release the Class 10th result in the form of Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA). The CGPA is prepared based on the average of the grades obtained in all the subjects. One should note that the sixth additional subject will not be added in CGPA. Candidates should calculate their CGPA marks by adding the grade points of the five main subjects and dividing it by 5.

Students who appear for the Class 10 board annual examination should secure at least 33 marks to pass in a paper. One should pass in both theory and practical examination.
Students who qualify in the CBSE board exams should collect their original marks certificate/ document from their respective school. The qualified students can take admission to pursue Class 11th and Class 12th of their choice - Science, Commerce and Arts.
