CBSE Class 10 German Syllabus for 2026-27

The CBSE Class 10 German Syllabus aims at enhancing students' command in language and an initiation into German culture. The syllabus includes elementary language skills that are listening, speaking, reading and writing. Apart from expanding vocabulary which relates to daily routine situations, school environment, hobbies and travel, students also learn simple language rules such as verb conjugation or word order as well as case use. Teaching students German Literature, Geography and Cultural traditions makes them appreciate the diversity of the German-speaking countries if the curriculum, it teaches said subjects.
