The activities related to the third phase of Single Window System of allotment to Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma Courses for the year 2013 will commence from July 20, 2013.
Those candidates who get allotment can take the printout of the Allotment Memo by logging into the ‘Home Page' of the candidate and then remit the Fees/balance fees shown in the Allotment Memo at a designated branch of State Bank of Travancore (SBT) on July 26 and 27, 2013 in order to accept the allotment.

All candidates shall report for joining/admission in the course and college allotted as per the schedule given below along with the Allotment Memo, Fee Receipt and the documents specified in Clause XI (C) of the Prospectus for admission to P G Medical Courses 2013.
Those candidates who do not remit the fee or do not join the respective course/college within the stipulated time will lose their allotment and will not be considered for further online allotments, if any.
No extension of time for reporting to the college will be granted under any circumstances. The candidates are liable to pay admission fee as prescribed by the University concerned at the time of admission.
Please Note:
This allotment will be the last phase of allotment to Self Financing Medical Colleges and the students allotted to these colleges are bound to join the course/college allotted. Otherwise they will be liable to pay liquidated damages as per the relevant clauses of the Prospectus for admission to P G Medical Courses, Kerala - 2013.
